On Sunday, April 25, 2010, I will be taking part in the 6th Annual Kennedy Krieger Institute's ROAR for Autism.

ROAR for Autism is a bike ride, nature walk, and family festival dedicated to raising critically needed funds for autism research at Kennedy Krieger Institute. Held at Oregon Ridge Park in Cockeysville, Maryland, this event is a great way to honor the end of Autism Awareness Month. Participants may choose to ride a 50-mile, 25-mile, 10-mile, 5-mile, or low mileage youth ride or they may walk on various nature trails throughout the park. And for those of you who can't drag yourself out of bed or want to participate from afar, you can register to Snore for ROAR.

You can help break the silence that surrounds autism as we come together to ROAR for the millions of children who can't.
